Rebecca is a consultant with Triad Consulting Group.   She trained as a chartered accountant and as a management consultant for Arthur Andersen before moving into the Financial Services sector as the European Head of Learning & Development for Capital One. Rebecca is a chartered psychotherapist and works from her deep knowledge and practical experience of psychology to when engaged to bring about change at an organizational, team or individual level.
 
Rebecca is passionate about working with organizations to build the capability of people managing critical business roles that are navigating difficult relationships and complex organizational challenges. Rebecca has worked across the globe with varied clients including: Barclaycard, BSkyB, Marconi, Deloitte Consulting, PACE global technologies, McGraw Hill Companies, Royal Dutch Shell, Capital One, and British Petroleum. Rebecca is involved in resolving intra-company conflict between divisions, teams and senior executives whilst building capability to deal with difficult conversations at all levels of the organization through training, executive level coaching and team consultancy interventions. Rebecca has been central to the design of leading edge leadership development programs focused on developing the top talent of our industries.
 
Rebecca received a First Class Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Management with Japanese from Newcastle University, UK.  She holds an MA (Distinction) in Humanistic Psychotherapy from the Sherwood Institute of Psychotherapy and is a UK Chartered Psychotherapist.   She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and is a member of the Association for Coaching.  After moving to Boston in summer 2009 Rebecca is enjoying her new life in the US whilst keeping her UK roots fresh and alive through many trips back across the pond.
