Their works include best-selling "how to" books for practitioners and general audiences, as well as academic texts assigned in law and business schools. Their articles have appeared in publications ranging from The New York Times, The Negotiation Journal, and IT Metrics, to Real Simple, O Magazine, Parents and Glamour.
