Stacy is a Consultant with Triad and a Senior Consultant with CMPartners. With ten years of experience as a negotiation and conflict management trainer and coach, her work has spanned a variety of contexts, from supporting a consensus building process for a large public infrastructure project to using “sports diplomacy” to foster warmer relations between the United States and Iran.

At CMPartners, Stacy’s clients include Morgan Stanley, Marsh & McLennan, Boeing, General Mills, and Land O’ Lakes. In the public sector, she works with emerging leaders in Dubai, the Singapore Police Force, World Bank employees, and newly elected parliamentarians in Ethiopia.

Stacy has taught as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center and as an instructor at Harvard Law School. She has worked with cadets at the Citadel, with Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot students, and with coeds at Northeastern University, Boston College, and American University. Stacy is an experienced facilitator and a certified mediator, and has published two articles on links between community conflict, development, and microfinance.

Stacy has previously worked for a number of organizations, including the World Bank, the non-profit organization Search for Common Ground, and Parsons Brinckerhoff, a leading engineering firm.

Stacy holds a master’s degree from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and Master of City Planning and Bachelor of Science degrees from MIT. When she is not practicing constructive problem-solving behavior, she spends her time being wrestled to the ground by her nephews.
